Upon receiving Your complaint for payment issues, Eremedium shall verify the authenticity and the nature of the complaint and if Eremedium is convinced that the complaint is genuine, our team will provide the requisite solution. However, in the event of frivolous and baseless complaints, Eremedium reserves the right to take necessary legal actions against You and You will be solely liable for all costs incurred by Eremedium in this regard.
Eremedium will provide one or more payment methods to use the Medxplain services. You authorize us to charge any payment method associated with your account in case your primary payment method is declined or no longer available to us for payment of your subscription fee.
If the payment is not successful due to the expiration or insufficient amount or otherwise or you do not cancel your account then we may suspend your access to the service until we are successfully charged a valid payment method. Local tax charges may vary depending on the Payment Method used. Check with your Payment Method service provider for details. Eremedium shall not be liable in any manner with respect to any loss or damage incurred directly or indirectly due to decline of authorization for any Transaction, on Account of the Cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by Eremedium with participant bank from time to time.
Cancellation by Eremedium: There may be certain services that Eremedium is unable to accept and must cancel. Eremedium reserves the right at its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any services from the website. Eremedium may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order from you. Eremedium will contact in case Your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept Your order. If Your order is cancelled after Your credit card / Your account has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back in Your credit card / Your account.
Cancellation by the User: The User may make a request to cancel the order within 24 hours of order placed for the services. In case of requests for order cancellation by you, Eremedium reserves the right to accept or reject requests for order cancellations for any reason whatsoever. As part of usual business practice, if Eremedium receives a cancellation notice and the order has not been processed/ approved by Eremedium, Eremedium shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount to You within a reasonable period of time. Eremedium will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed. Eremedium has the full right to decide whether an order has been processed or not. You agree not to dispute the decision made by Eremedium and accept its decision regarding the cancellation.
In the event the refund is duly accepted by Eremedium, the value of such services, as originally paid by You, will be refunded to You. Refund will be processed based on the mode of payment or the approved payment gateway will credit Your refunds directly into Your debit/credit card or online accounts or provide You with a cheque in this regard. Refunds will be subject to the following:
1. Orders paid online will be refunded within 7-21 working days through the online account or via cheque, depending on the then current circumstances as determined by Eremedium;
